4WD Supercentre Kelso BBQ Fundraiser

This coming Sunday, 4WD Supercentre Kelso has invited 3rd Bathurst Scout Group to run a fundraising BBQ — and we’d love to see our local community there!

Although this has come together at short notice, it is a fantastic opportunity for our Scout Group to meet and greet the community, share what Scouting is all about, and connect with families who may be interested in joining as new youth members or adult leaders.

Every fundraiser helps subsidise the running costs of our Group, keeping Scouting affordable and accessible for local young people. It takes a team of volunteers to make days like this happen, and we greatly value the time and support given by our parents, carers, adult helpers and youth members.

Volunteers needed: We’re looking for parents, carers, adult helpers and youth members to lend a hand at this Sunday’s BBQ fundraiser at 4WD Supercentre Kelso. Even an hour or two helping with setup, cooking, serving, chatting with the community or pack-up would make a big difference. Volunteering is a great way to connect with other Scout families, support our youth members, build community spirit, and help keep Scouting affordable and accessible for local young people. If you can help, please let us know — many hands make light work!
